Mack Joins the Medium-Duty Market with the MD Series

Mack trucks launched the all-new Mack MD series of medium-duty trucks. These Class 6/7 vehicles will join the existing lineup of Class 8 vehicles to provide Mack power and performance to more customers.

The Mack MD6 will have a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 25,995 pounds. The MD7 will have a GVWR of 33,000 pounds. These new trucks will be perfect for a number of applications, including dry van or refrigerated vans, flatbeds, and dump and tank trucks in tight, urban settings.

The MD6 and MD7 will be available in 4×2 configurations and feature a sharp wheel cut for enhanced maneuverability. The MD Series will also feature a short bumper to back of cab measurement of just 103 inches. They will also feature bold styling matching the Mack Anthem series, with sharp angles and a bold grille.
