What do I do if I currently have a unit that was on contract with International Leasing Co.?
Nothing. We are automatically assuming the same duties International was providing. Thus, one of our TEC representatives will check in every 90 days to continue servicing the vehicle.
My lease has termed what should I do?
We’ll be reaching out to you soon, but if you need immediate assistance please contact Justin Barnhart, Director of Leasing – North Region, at jbarnhart@tecequipment.com
What if I currently have a vehicle being serviced at the Seattle or Kent location?
Rest assured that the same team is still taking care of your vehicle, they’re just wearing a different uniform today. If it’s a billable repair, you will receive only one invoice for the repair from TEC Equipment Leasing. If you have a specific question, please contact Dain Everett (deverett@tecequipment.com) in Seattle or Todd Yanagihara (tyanagihara@tecequipment.com) in Kent.
Insurance Coverage
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do need all International Leasing Customers to update their insurance policy to reflect the below information as soon as possible. Please send your updated policy to Annika Everett – aeverett@tecequipment.com
- Please change the additional insured and certificate holder to Transco Leasing Co., Inc., d.b.a. TEC Equipment Leasing, 750 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland, OR 97211
- Liability policy limit of $1,000,000
- Please ensure physical damage comprehensive and collision deductibles are listed on the certificate.
- If it’s a scheduled policy please have the unit information including the VIN listed on the certificate.
