A Letter From Our Founder

It is a true privilege to celebrate this milestone with the entire TEC Equipment community – our employees, customers, partners, and friends. Reaching 50 years in business is both humbling and deeply gratifying.

While TEC Equipment officially began five decades ago, the values that shaped this company were formed much earlier in my life. Growing up in Syracuse, New York, my parents instilled in me the importance of family, perseverance, and doing right by others. Those principles became the foundation upon which TEC Equipment was built, and they remain central to who we are today.

Over the years, I have had the extraordinary privilege of building this family-owned company alongside an incredible team of people who believed in our mission and worked tirelessly to bring it to life. Today, it is especially meaningful to continue that journey with my three sons by my side. Together, we are grateful for everyone who has contributed to the TEC Equipment story and helped shape the company we celebrate today.

First and foremost, our thanks go to the thousands of employees who have been part of TEC throughout the years. You are truly the “secret sauce” of this company. Every day, your dedication and hard work serve our customers and help keep America moving.

To our customers across the decades and across the country, we extend our sincere appreciation. From the first truck I ever sold to the many customers awaiting delivery of new Volvo and Mack trucks today, your trust has been the driving force behind our work. Our mission has always been straightforward: Helping People. Solving Problems. If we remain true to that purpose for the next 50 years, the future will be bright indeed.

Strong partnerships have played a vital role in our success, and we recognize that our ability to serve customers depends on the strength of those relationships.
